The Emergency First Response (EFR) Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (First Aid) course is an excellent skill to have for both divers and non-divers.

You can complete the Emergency First Response (EFR) course in one day.

You will learn how to follow the necessary steps in the correct order, ensuring you do the right  thing at the right time. The course teaches you how to provide emergency care using the same  priorities followed by medical professionals.
