Term and Condition

We understand that plans can change, and that unforeseen circumstances may affect your
ability to attend scheduled dive activities. Please read the following Terms and Conditions
carefully.

1. Booking / Reservation

Bookings and reservations can be made through Email, Messenger, WhatsApp, phone, or
directly in person. Your booking will be confirmed once we receive a 50% deposit or the full
payment of the total amount.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You can choose one of the following
methods:

  • Cash – Pay directly in person at our office.
  • Online Payment – Pay with Visa or MasterCard online through a payment link we provide.
    Please note that payments made by card will incur an additional 2.5% administration fee.
  • Online Bank Transfer – You can transfer via WISE or Revolut. Bank details will be provided
    on request

3. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, we kindly request that you inform us as early as possible.
Our cancellation policy is as follows (based on total price)

  • Cancellation made more than 48 hours before the start of the activity: Full refund.
  • Cancellation made within 24 to 48 hours before the activity: 75% refund (25%
    cancellation fee).
  • Cancellation made within 12 to 24 hours before the activity: 50% refund (50%
    cancellation fee).
  • Cancellation made less than 12 hours before the activity or no-show: No refund.

If we are required to cancel your dive activity due to unfavorable weather conditions or any
other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you the option to either
reschedule your dive activity or receive a full refund.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • No refunds will be issued once a dive course or dive trip has started.
  • No refunds will be given for any level of PADI e-Learning courses, once access has
    been granted.

5. Equipment & Responsibility

  • Loss or Damage: Please note that divers are responsible for the full replacement cost of any lost
    or damaged rental equipment.
  • Equipment Check: We kindly ask you to check all equipment carefully before use. Once the
    equipment is signed out, it becomes your responsibility during the dive.
